  • Make sure that the Student Applicant's Name specified has the same spelling as the one on your birth certificate.
  • If you have suffix name(s) (e.g. "Jr.", "III") type them in the box next to your first name or last name depending on your birth certificate.
  • Specify the correct capitalizations (e.g. "RC Lynn", "dlC.", "McGregor").

  • The Ateneo de Naga University strives to maintain the reliability and accuracy of the data in its databases and to protect the privacy and security of its databases. In the event that a data security incident or breach occurs, the University will take all necessary and reasonable steps to address the incident or breach and mitigate any negative effect of such incident or breach. If there is strong suspicion that an incident affects your data, you will be notified of such incident in an appropriate manner.
  • You have the right to request access to your submitted data, and/or have it corected, deleted, or blocked on reasonable grounds. The University will consider the request and reserves the right to deal with the matter in accordance with its policies.
