iCare is a web application for AdNU college students and employees that allows viewing of medical and dental records. Through iCare, students may request for appointments and medical certificates. This application is developed for the University Health Service Center (UHSC).

The University Web Enrollment System (UWES) is a web-based enrollment application designed for AdNU college students. The UWES is available to freshmen (with ID numbers starting in 2013-3 and 2014-1), upperclassmen and graduating students. However, returnees/readmitted, degree holders, cross-enrollees, non-credit, transferees, and shiftees will still have to go to their home departments for their enrollment. It also provides a facility for the department chairpersons to view and approve grades submitted by their faculty.
